Welcome to the ISN Mentorship Program Application Platform for Mentees. This form is to be filled out by Mentee applicants (i.e. those wishing to receive guidance). Kindly note that you will be asked to:

- Fill in your valid ISN membership ID number

- Complete your Mentorship application form for mentees

- Upload a CV. 

Important things to consider to submit in your mentee application:

* Clear objectives

* Feasible timeline

* Clear areas of interest

* Motivation to be a mentee

HOW TO APPLY 

If you already have an account on our application platform, please log-in using the button "Log-in" on the top of the page.

If you do not have an account on our application platform, please create one by clicking on "Register" on the top of the page.

If you do not remember your password, please click on "Log-in", choose "Forget your password" and follow the instructions to recover your password.

Click "Apply" and start filling out your application. You can save the progress you have made on your application and complete it at a later time.
